Returns & Exchanges

At Tabi Footwear, we want you to feel confident in every step; if your purchase isn't a perfect fit, you can return or exchange your items within 30 days of delivery. All items must be in their original, unworn condition and include the signature Tabi packaging.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

• 2.
  Prepare the Package

  Place the footwear in its original box and secure it within a shipping mailer to ensure the product remains protected during transit.

• 3.
  Attach the Label

  Download and print the pre-paid shipping label provided by our portal and affix it clearly to the outside of your package.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Hand your package to the designated carrier and keep your tracking receipt; your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days of arrival.
